RE:RE:Excellon unit loses appeal !Cahill may be right, but  this does not really matters. The fact is that the decision is awarding US$ 25 million against the EXN subsidiary is FINAL. The value of the  subsidiary is US$4.8 million and that means that the rest will come from the parent company Exn. 

As I understand it, the subsidiary owns interests in both the mill and Evolucion and this is disconcerting because the winning party will next secure liens against both the mill and Evolucion. Now I understand why Exn downplayed the signficance of the most obvious next growth project - Evolucion.
