RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Excellon unit loses appeal !Excellon's CEO is a Corporate lawyer.  He has training and experience creating business entities and structures to protect a company's assets from this kind of thing. On top of that he has had 9 years to work on it. If he is any good at it, this issue should have little or no effect on Excellon as a whole. The company stated as such in its NR on this matter; " this decision is solely against San Pedro as defendant ". " San Pedro is a wholly-owned, indirect subsidiary". "This decision only has the potential to impact our San Pedro subsidiary and none of our other assets. We continue to operate in the ordinary course.”
