RE:Worst weed stockI reluctantly dumped mine at $46 on the downslide but it was a positive experience for me because I wound up with this through my Bedrocan shares at about $2 per share. At the time I thought I would buy in again at $20 but picked up Acreage Holdings instead because of the deal they have inked with Canopy. Acreage got beat down harder than Canopy and I remember Canopy hitting the $12 range.
That deal they have inked with Acreage is subject to a triggering effect which is basically the US letting the Pro-pot States take care of the governing and administration of cannabinoid laws and disciplinary action.
The Feds are a huge black cloud hanging over US potpreneurs but some businessmen aren't waiting, instead building marijuana and hemp businesses where and how, allowed. Some are very successful using the portals of medical use and rec legal States while heavily relying on State law protection and the handshake deal they have with the Feds.
That has left Canopy (Canadian born) company cautiously advancing their intentions for US dominance. Canopy has a huge facility being revamped in New York which, the last I looked was unidentified with signage and they also have inked the deal with Acreage Holdings to assume the fixed shares and an option to assume the floating shares.
Acreage is a leader in the US MSO category with multiple States, storefronts, grows and value added facilities. They have pretty much everything that Canopy is going to need to lead the race for supremacy on the world stage.
