It also owns outright a cobalt-manganese property in northern Vancouver Island as well as a cobalt-nickel-magnesium property east of Harrison Lake.

As at March 1, 2021, the Company had 1,950,000 share purchase warrants outstanding, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share of the Company at $0.15 per share expiring on July 13, 2021.
