All this delay may be playing right into Peter's hands. He may wait until this is officially in receivership and then pick up the CSS and patents for next to nothing. Forming a new company or selling it to the highest bidder. That would really be rubbing salt into the already gangrenous wound, AKA bag holdng shareholders.
