IPL / PPL voting DocumentsHas anyone received the IPL/PPL proposals documents for voting purposes.

I keep getting notices from Brookfield "second variation and extension of terms of Offer Purchase all of IPL shares By  " Bison Acquisition Corp and Brookfiels Infrastructure Corp"

Where did the BISON ACQUISITION COPR come from...is this one of Brookfields slimy move

Anyways I have dumped this circular into my recycling bin.....without even reading. These syshters have nothing to do with pipelines, all they are, are vultures going for a kill and if they win will sell of all or parts of IPL to make more money. 

What do they know about the PIPEELINE business....NOTHING.

I am rooting for a PPL takeover of IPL, I see value in the long term in their proposal.
