RE:RE:RE:ASE hearing today Starting at 8.30 amThis is going to be a long day. There are about 12 presenters @ 45 minutes each and with a lunch break. So I will not be sitting here all day for the hearing.

Heard Brookfields 45 minutes. They are going after the Break Fee . Furthermore they say thay have no agreement or have not conected with with any other BIG players for support....specifically BMO which seems to be supporting Brookfield. Infact 5 months prior to their bid, they were in talks with BMO as per an email between themetc etc. The lawyer from BF was not smooth.

Currently IPL lawyer is countering some of the lies by Brookfield Lawyer and is going into the break fee. Is planning to talk about the Swap agreement etc. This guy seems to a good presenter, smooth with well thought out responses.
