The meeting just concluded.

The Chair said, due to the time constraints on this take over bid, they will come to conclusion by Monday and deliver a verbal response at that time.

This will be followed by a written submission at a later date, explaining the conclusion

Hearing everything, IPL/PPL should prevail. Excellent arguements.

Haveing said that, ofcourse I am biased as I own both IPL/PPL share and like this deal
