Don't disagree that there are lots of misinformation and disinformation going on....and the ability to shift through these and which are legitimate or not is becoming a serious issue. I remember believing that North Korea was basically a paradise...why? Because the because we were thought this until the late 90's in school because the government policies. Only discovered the truth when I moved to Canada. My issue is....who determines what's Domestic misinformation or disinformation? The government? Some other entity? what if you disagree....what's will they do? DM seemed to possess the technology that can assist in limiting foreign countries from negatively impacting the Western Democracies, because we are in an information war China/ Russia vs the West.
