It owns and manages a diversified portfolio of office, industrial, retail, multi-suite residential and hotel properties in North America. It is a significant sponsor of two real estate investment trusts (REITs): Morguard REIT, a closed-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of Canadian commercial real estate assets; and Morguard North American Residential REIT, an open-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of multi-suite residential assets across North America.

Almost time to go shopping...

Folks who think delta is going to take this market down after what we've been through and now with proven vaccines are missing another buy opportunity. Delta is ripping among the unvaccinated and it will pass much like the market got over the entire China-US trade tariff dispute... which by the way, is still ongoing even with Biden in office. The market loves to find a reason to puke every now and today it's delta. Looking to buy here if Dow falls reaches 33,270
