Steady77Superb post and timely reminder.
Also a comment by Ottawa10 sticks in my mind, namely, that contracts won with outfits like SEPTA generally have long runs and are seldom torn up willy-nilly, -except in cases of gross negligence and the like. I see nothing of that in the character of Dyment. 
The 2 contracts for outfitting disabled buses (Septa and our own TTC) seems vaguely deja vu. I get the sneaky feeling that we will see a Gatekeeper input on both those contracts.
All speculation on my part, but I remind myself of that old saying, "The battle may not go the strongest nor the race to the swiftest, but that's the way to bet 'em!  In that vein, I continue to hold.
