RE:Voted against all nomineesI too just voted to withhold for all nomiees for directors and against the resolution not to diminish the role of the directors. Stangely I was still allowed to vote online for the PPL takeover, I wonder what happens if more than 2/3 of the votes are in favour of the takeover? Will the board have to reconsider it?
