That's been my point with Noront, they ignored and actually held up the N/S transportation route for access and haulage, this is why their offers are low and although acquiring more properties/deposits it added zero to their value, had Al/Noront worked with KWG/CCC on N/S transportation route and let's say even agreements/or shovels hitting the ground NOT offer would be North of $2 starting point. 

If Noront before signing/accepting offer get lucky with a KWG news release of partnerships and deal on road/Rail-Veyor their value will jump considerably.
 Al did squat for Noront over 10 years and then investors just voted him back in????? Insane
