RE:Future focusIm holdling my shares, I expect the dividend to go up or they are going to have to pay income tax. if they stated the dont want to pay income tax, what about the dividend money they are saving right now? 75 cents gain, plus if you ask me will be the "special dividend"

Some may become "mixed use"
The next wave of change will be announced before the end of this calendar year.
