RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:clarificationI agree with the rapidly as possible part but a few points from this old construction manager. Soils studies dont take long to do including the report. Structural design dosnt take long to do for a basic industrial steel frame building like the one in the FCC promo photos including a much larger building. Its the process side that takes the time. If time is really of the essence here I expect we would be in for building permit by now. I think the municipality is Temiscaming Shores and obtaining a building permit should not take more than a few weeks especially when the construction documents bear the prffesional seals of Architect and Engineers and the zoning is appropriate as well. My point is time is dragging on and there has been very little evidence of moving forward other than TALK. There are serious supply issues lately. We are seeing up to a year delay in getting steel for our buildings. Pre ENG or conventional steel frame I doubt that a building could be completed by a year from now. So 3rd quarter of 2022 is starting to look a little iffy to me.
I have voiced my concerns in the past that nothing much is being done. I wonder if the hope was for a buyout from one of the big majors. That didnt happen and now we (Mell and company) are in oh poop mode and have to turn talk into action. We could use another update Trent Mell.
