One article interpreting that the acquisition brought a $155 million order book instead of considering that it also includes KNR's order book. Two resident pumper no-minds don't even attempt to figure out the numbers - that's a good thing. Override tries but using unreasonable assumptions. The new company will be consolidated into KNR's financials upon acquisition. Last fiscal year Global had $43 million revenues and then had an order book of $120 million for the next three years, for an average of $40 million per year. Yet for some 3 months, KNR's projected financials only go up $3 million. "Paid for" and revenue recognition are two different things. Based on accounting revenue recognition for a typical project where you recognize revenues along with percentage completion, this would mean that the acquisition company will only be working on $3 million worth of booked projects over the next five months, less than 10% of the kind of work they did last fiscal year. Sounds odd, so the new forecast could include downgrade of KNR's earlier projection. A "corporate" forecast does not include BioCloud? "Corporate", all inclusive, and a public company providing a forecast which completely removes a significant business line, especially without spelling it out - NO chance, unless they are overconfident about pumping out information that does not provide reasonably quality information to shareholders that can drive their investment decisions. Going into the next year, take April 7 projection for 2021 of about $34 million. Add $40 million average for the acquisition and you get to $74 million, which is greater than the latest update. Using these assumptions, it is suggestive that there is 0 organic growth among these entities, and as a matter of fact, a decline. And now we are to look forward to exciting things coming from BioCloud? After such a forecast, which doesn't even try to attempt to describe its limitations, but rather leave it up to investors to try to paint a picture that looks much better? Not gonna do that for them. Looking forward to August 5th but not holding my breath that we will get a clear accounting for their forecast. Go ahead, shoot some holes into the above fact based assumptions and resulting views, and will be more than happy to find out that I am missing something big, on the good side.
Back from vacations and ohhh what a "surprise", SP is still under $1 and the same 2 morons are pumping this stock!! Lolll One was supposed to be on vacation all summer long and on silence mode... lolll pure garbage, just like....
Right on canyousayiii, not the 1st time we've heard "a lot of great news ahead" and we all know what happened since... And the revenue numbers don't make any sense considering the PR acquisition and ohhh also what happened with all the BC customers lining up?! CEO needs to step down, company has no more credibility....
