RE:RE:RE:RE:Hold Them Tight

What would you do if you where a politician? If I was a politician I would announce Romero at around same time as Barrick is in the news. Get it over and done with. While the focus is on the national story from big Barrick. I wouldnt be surprised if there was a sudden announcement. The MEM - PR machine is making over hours lately. Being very clear about it, the days that politics be making the decisions in country is over, science is the new standard.

Yesterday https://www.instagram.com/p/CSJ3XbQgbA0/

''While at the same time we are looking to update the legal framework to protect and guarantee private investments done by both national and foreign firms in the mining sector, and the respect and adequate incentives to both local and foreign firms interested in mining"

Last month: https://www.revistafactordeexito.com/a/9423/ministro-antonio-almonte-declaro-sobre-la-cdeee-y-la-explotacion-minera

"Almonte pointed out that the Dominican Government will promote respect for the application of the law regarding that mining companies have the right to carry out their environmental impact study, present the results, and the decisions taken are to protect the ecosystem and the nation"
