In terms of the questions ‘where’s the money’I believe it's sitting in the JV and will be dispersed when the 44 million bill for our capex comes due.  I said this many months ago: they have a big deficit of repairs and maintenance caused by several years of teetering on bankruptcy.  You can see in the NDCC Items such as maintenance have increased. I don't believe this is because they are having increased maintenance problems, I believe it's because they have more cash to spend on the maintenance problems they have had to defer to stay afloat.  So once they pay off some of these other "debts" such as maintenance then you will see more cash....  I thought Q2 ought to have demonstrated a little better our more secure footing and was a bit disappointed myself but I can see a bigger strategy at play and remain confident
