Its subsidiaries include Wrangler 1 LLC, WGL Holdings, Inc. and others.

Why the delay is I suspect they have bigger things to consider. The IPL assets may become
available through a deal with Brookfield if it the takeover gets approved. Many opinions on this
aspect have been expressed and a 25000bbl facility on Watson Island is small potatoes by
comparison to a piece of Heartland.

On the other point, yes, yes and yes. They should absolutley make PPL an offer. Whether
PPL wants to sell is another thing but definately its worth a try.
