RE:Who is selling?The market just overlooked this. Actually it makes total sense for this to trade at this price. 
Most investors don't look at FFO/share or book value. They look at the dividend yield. 

MRT.UN yields 3.85% 
Riocan yields 4.28%
Dream industrial yields 4.4%

why invest in MRT lol 

And low liquidity means institutitions cannot build a meaningful position. 

Market is always right, market is discounting low distribution and low liquidity. 
Need catalyst.

I am an old stubborn person.  Did my due deligence and I see Deep Value.  Most REITS (Bigger ones) are back most of the way.  Hope I am right.  Over $1/share annual cash flow.

Its either a no brainer....or "I" have no brain.
