I am not directly involved in the review of Stans Energy's discourses to have the Cease Trade Order (CTO) removed.
Shares of Stans Energy cannot be traded until such time as the company files an application to have the CTO removed, brings its filings up-to-date and pays outstanding fees.

In that email the person directly says he is not involved in Stan's Energy review. the email says he is the Lead Inquiries Officer, I'm pretty sure Boris is talking about the Team Leader at the OSC who is handling Stan's Energy's review.
