The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.

ALSO.............FS has to be aware that there is a HUGE shift going on in the shareholder base. Someone or something is buying these shares. A shift in control of DBG can happen. It may happen that he no longer will be the largest shareholder. Do not be surprised if there is a 10%+ declaration of share ownership soon.This can get very exciting fast and soon.
