One of these large producing mining companies that has signed a CA with DBG/HAT/FS will most likely know the true PRESENT value of HAT once the scandium met. report comes out. If FS wants to sell now and take the prudent rsponsible route, an offer of $300 to $400 million should be acceptable. And if an offer is received I hope he will give shareholderd a chance to vote on it which means he would at least present the offer to us. Taking more time and $$$ to go for more is risky.
