RE:RE:RE:One-Night Sale!

I agree JT.
Normand Hinse is someone who:
- is the son of the CEO
- has zero mining education
- has no experience to speak of in the mining sector
- has his own company to run which is located across the province
- is approaching retirement age himself
- occupies a seat on the BOD that could have been held by a qualified mining person who could actually provide guidance to ABI at this crucial time of change of management
- represents Decochib (The Hinse family offshore entity that is registered in the tax-free haven of The Bahamas. Perhaps Revenue Canada should look into this arrangement?) Decochib holds the vast majority of the Hinse family shares, as well as real estate. Decochib gets paid directly by ABI. Excuse me, but what exactly is going on here? Why do we not have transparency here? There is not a single other Canadian publicly held gold producer that has dared to set up such an arrangement. This is deserving of an investigation.

Normand Hinse is being positioned to continue to drain Abcourt Mines of funds and direct them to Decochib, just as his father has done.

Meanwhile, company hacks such as Javaman and a few others go on and on bizzarely telling us what an amazing guy Normand Hinse is and purposely avoiding these serious issues. Isn't the manipulation obvious? Absolutely sick and disgusting behaviour on the part of the Hinse family!
