This is certainly, momentarily upsetting the CRYPTO buyers as there is a small sell off unilaterally across this universe.
One would think those MINERS isolated from the USA and using Green power would be exempt. However the world at large is not good at differentiation and group all Miners as the same entity.

This too shall pass.
