Electra Battery Materials Corporation is a Canada-based processor of low-carbon, ethically sourced battery materials. The Company is focused on building a supply of cobalt, nickel and recycled battery materials. It is engaged in the business of battery materials refining, including refining material from mining operations and from the recycling of battery scrap and end of life batteries. It owns two main assets: the refinery located in Ontario, Canada and the Iron Creek cobalt-copper project located in Idaho, United States. Its projects include Ontario Refinery, Recycling, Becancour, North American Nickel and Iron Creek. It is in the process of constructing its expanded hydrometallurgical cobalt refinery, assessing the various optimizations and modular growth scenarios for a recycled battery material (known as black mass) program, and exploring and developing its mineral properties. The Iron Creek Project consists of mining patents and exploration claims over an area of 3,300 hectares.

RE:RE:2021 AGM?...and will once again have consolidation on the menu for your vote, yes/no?  Permits won't be an issue, the Tri-Towns are desperate for revenue genrating projects, as the Cobalt, ON landscape has been a wasteland for decades now, thanks to the historic mining, paired with zero clean enviro initiatives handed down to the companies that mined the silver and made that money.  Lake Temiskaming has plenty of dirty water they can use, and then repurpose.  The debt financing is another story, an unwise loan to be sure, but you are right, EVERY attempt at LOBBYING and glad handing in the back rooms with politicians will be made to get that money.  That'll put FCC WELL over what, $150M in losses/deficit? With 600,000,000 shares out? and n $180M market cap?  I'm still not buying it.
