RE:Went looking for news on RednetIt appears that the transaction is for 75% of the company with 3 year option to buy the rest. Yearly revenue at US$160 million for €96 million. That roughly looks like 1 dollar paid for 1 dollar revenue. My back of the envelope calculations look like $450 million revenue run rate next quarter.
