A possible scenario.

A possible scenario. The eventual buyer of DBG/HAT now owns 34 million shares at an average cost of $0.50. Fully diluted FS/insiders/close associates own control of 90 million shares and with 184 million shares in total that leaves 60 million shares among the rest of us. The eventual buyer wants our 60 million shares before announcing buyout which is really the purchase of the remaining 90 million shares belonging to FS/insiders/associates. The buyer has already spent $17 million on first 34 million shares and I project they will spend $83 million on our 60 million shares at an average cost of $1.38/share. Of our 60 million shares, 30 million will be bought at an average of $1, 20 million at an averge cost of $1.50 and the remaining 10 million will be purchased at an average of $2.3.Then they will buy the rest of DBG shares, 90 million for $3/share, spending a toal of $370 million for DBG/HAT. This process would take 2-3 months.

The above is just my opinion/guess
