Maybe the end users have facilities to liquify it or use it as a gas. Some are so large they are hundreds of billions to a trillion in capitalization.google needs helium for liquid helium hard drive disks at their data centres and cloud operations.
     If you listen to the interviews Robert and Don both say multiple times the 6 huge end user companies within 200 miles of desert mountain never mind all the 27 end users with in 400 miles could more than use all the heilium and more that desert mountain could produce.
