If voted out, David V should be placed on administrative leave following the Company’s shareholder meeting. Shareholders will need to establish a special committee (the “Special Committee”) comprised of two independent directors and two appointed majority shareholders to investigate the Directors for their various actions and any breach of BC security regulations regarding actions in their capacity as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and company Directors.
The Special Committee should retain an international law firm to act as its independent legal advisors.
Following the completion of its investigation, the Special Committee should make recommendations and if required, termination for misconduct including Breach of BC Security regulations, court orders, the improper issuance of Gold and Silver tokens, and any discovered attempts to misappropriate Company funds in breach of their employment obligations.
