RE:Batteries (not) included

RE:Batteries (not) includedEven worse, I've read an article within the last year about a fellow who had a Nissan Leaf about the same vintage that needed a battery replaced.. went to the dealer to get a new one.. the dealer told him his battery style was no longer carried and obsolete.. he asked "what do I do with this vehicle" the parts person suggested.. "well I guess you'll have to buy a new vehicle".. oh and by the way you're old vehicle has no trade in value.. as we can't get batteries for it anymore.. so when I roll past these EV's on the side of the road or in a used vehicle lot.. I'll rev my ICE, lay some rubber, and enjoy the day..!

Reason , batteries catching on fire.
Average labour time to replace battery set : 13 t0 14 hours !!

Ecological cost of replacement and disposal of  batteries ???

Human cost of a car on fire ????

Maybe EV's are not the sure thing that some would have us believe !!
