Take your DD and your gut feeling to make your decisions, don't listen to me or anyone else as gospel as I nor anyone else truly knows how this will go. 

I am not happy with how Noront has managed their company, but that doesn't mean that another company won't increase the offer as that may happen, or this may be as high as it gets, or this deal may fall apart. Who really knows.

Best of luck in how this turns out, and I truly wish all Noront long investors the best and that they make out like a bandit.
