Your totally correct both are extremely valuable, my point is Noront has put themselves into a position of such debt to different entities that they are no longer in control of their destiny.
I may own a 2 million dollar property, and I have a mortgage of 1 million dollars and they are calling in my loans and I have a short time to sell and pay my mortgage loans off (no one will continue to loan me money other than a very high mortgage company/loan shark. What is my house really worth at this time?

I've said before that Cliffs acquisition was a great deal, but wrong time to buy it for Noront, as this has truly weighed them down in huge debt, if they get a loan to pay off the $60-70 million dollars they owe, what interest rates (huge) what other perks would they need to throw in to entice lender? Noront has run out of time/money/options. But again maybe Al/management can pull a rabbit out of a hat but I have zero confidence in Al or management any longer.
