Technicians: Feedback Please

Technicians: Feedback PleaseFor those who pay attention to price movements adn technicals, I'd like you opinion to what you are seeing in the long term chart (2015-present) for QIPT.N

My eye sees 3 long term consolidation patterns that formed from June 2015 to August 2020, including: 1. Diamond Consolidation (Peak June '17, trough September '17), 2. H/S Consolidation  and 3. Multiple Double Bottoms.

All of them have a neckline at 8 ish USD, which we are looking like we will challenge over the short term.

My measurements say PT of $13.50-$14 USD ( $18-ish CAD) if we pass 8 USD

Thoughts please?
