RE:Buy out coming?
RE:Buy out coming? What's your source on this? I'm not sure why DK would be interested; they've already bought SBTech and are focused on defending itself from the SEC investigation given black market allegations coming after the Hindenburg short seller report. They've got to put out some fires post that acquisition and make things work. Sounds like it's more legacy operational type hangovers rather than tech, but who knows. Again, where are you hearing this from?
I hope a buy out comes down the road, but ideally after a couple of years of growth. Migrate McBookie on their tech in Q1 2022 to improve margins and rev, and do another similar acquisition in the next quarter that leverages their UK/Malta licenses. Couple this with new RNG games and we'll have decent revenue + tech that would attract a higher buy out price. FANS has also been working with GLI per previous vids and press to meet their standards; GLI-19 for interactive gaming systems and GLI-33 for event wagering systems, which will bear fruit for growth in both US and Canadian markets. igaming Ontario just approved GLI as an intedependent test lab, so good anticipation and proactive move by FANS on this for the Ontario market. I'm hopeful there will be some good B2B news in the coming months and prefer this to B2C for this region.

For sure M&A will continue to be a theme in this space, but aside from speculation, I haven't seen/heard any credible info about a pending suitor for FANS.
