The 1.2B is the cost to build the mine, that doesn't mean we need an investment of 1.2B from an investor. The mine will get financed with a loan amount and some cash amount.

How much will be the loan amount and how much hard cash is needed to execute and secure the financing I am not entirely sure.  Also the off-take agreements will be used to help secure the finacing. We needed to get more offtakes before going back to the banks.

We are waiting on that financing approval to hopefully unlock the value of this company to the inverstors/share holders.
