RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Special DividendPossibly, and as I shareholder I want it to go to NAV, Also as for the special dividend, they have not received the proceeds from the transaction yet, so perhaps once its completed NAV will be re evaluated as there will be a cash gain to the company. They are also keeping the excess cash on the portion of the dividend they are not paying out, look at affo this quarter, and they are only paying 69 cents. Maybe once the special dividend amount is announced the stock will appreciate accordingly. Net asset value should be over $23 by year end.

You are correct about the mechanism of the dividend, or dividends in general, but I suspect executing a sweetheart deal on an office in their weakest market rented to a weak industry might cause some people to rethink the discount they apply to the office portion of the portfolio.
