Every stock has warnings that certain deals, research and future products may not come to fruition. Look at Apple, Tesla etc.

From my DD I'm feeling very confident in the patents KWG has developed and myself expect that one day the patents which KWG have to process Chromite into Ferrochrome in a solid state (without a electric smelter will be the preferred and demanded way to make Ferrochrome for stainless steel.
