Land acquisitionsHello Jatona,

Thank you for your excellent work on the status of the land where the Verde operations are developing east of Matutina. Based on the dates of the documents you shared, it would appear that the land north of the current mine pit where Plant 2 is to be located changed hands in 2021, likely in Q2, or perhaps a deposit in Q1 and a final payment in Q2.

Buying the land outright removes the obligation for ongoing lease payments to the current owners, which will be a modest offset to the upfront purchase price over the years.

I would still like to have a complete schedule supporting the $1.6 million of land the Company now reports on their finacial statements, detailing the various properties purchased, dates acquired and amounts paid. Anything further you can dig up would be greatly appreciated.
