RE:Global Crop Rally Spurs Farmers to Scramble for Fertilizer

RE:Global Crop Rally Spurs Farmers to Scramble for Fertilizer

Nice post Kanerfalk. This sure puts Verde in a sweet spot for continued organic growth, improved margins dropping down to an improving bottom line profit just when our increasing production capacity comes online in 2022.

I also think it increases Verde as a potential takeover target for any one of a number of large cap competitors who want to add to their ESG profile and have an in-production local fertilizer supplier already in the centre of the Brazil agriculture market.

It also ups the potential that an international private equity fund will come across Verde as a potential Take-Private candidate, as we have discussed in prior posts.

Lots to keep track of as we head to the end of Q3 on September 30, 2021.

Cheers,

S.
