can still average down on stock if people chose..... pre consolidation stock was 3 to 10x or more higher than today...

At that time......  did not have JV ....did not have $$$ to get to mining licence.... was nowhere near a mining licence as we are today........elaborate is stage one..........feasibility stage two......  then planning the mine itself  stage three.........by stage three it is just a question of time before ore gets shipped.......
