The Company holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Kaslo Silver project, west of Kaslo, British Columbia. The Kaslo Silver Property, a silver and base metal property, located 12 kilometers west of Kaslo in southern British. The mineral tenures include 13 claims and 13 crown grants that cover an area of approximately 3,238.9 hectares. It also holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Silver Basin project located in the Revelstoke Mining Division of British Columbia. The Company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Pocitos I and Pocitos II claims (the Pocitos Property) located in Salta, Argentina.

- Effective immediately, Spey Resources Corp. is suspended pursuant to CSE Policy 3. The suspension is considered a Regulatory Halt as defined in National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules. A cease trade order has been issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission.
