I think we can blame the cluster**** on Trey Wasser.  This deal made sense only to GROY.  Its a total screw job to Ely shareholders.   We got totally hosed.  Sprott took all the cash that was available due to most likely being first in line.   So all the rest of us got only stock in GROYtesque shares.  The combination of Ely and Groy is now trading below value of Ely before we got the offer.  We really didn't get to vote as you had to request to be able to vote.  No proxy's were mailed or emailed to shareholders....When the hell did the SEC change those rules?   

No doubt the smashing of Groytesque shares today are a direct result of screwed over shareholders that are pissed off or still trying to figure out what the heck is going on!   I had a decent unrealized gain on my Ely stock....its been nearly halved in one day as Groytesque has face planted due to its horrendous theft and shareholders taking the money and getting out!
