The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

It's time for Strategic Alternatives!

Everyone knows there is potential in Back River, but nobody is willing to finance a small cap in the middle of Nunavut.

Management should get a clue and give up: put the whole project on ice and sell it to AEM or KL or ABX.

Seriously, the share price will jump at least 25% the day they announce they are going for strategic alternatives.

Until then everyone knows it's dead money.
