RE:RE:RE:RE:Sharing a recent postHello Sugoioi,
The reference to $6.45 was the highest price at which Verde raised capital from shareholders which was the March 2012 issue where 4,457,364 shares were sold to raise $28,750,000.
This is the share price at which the shares acquired under the most recent stock option (750,000 shares at $1.22) would be avaiable to CV as per the escrow agreement negotiated with the Board (voluntarily accepted by CV) on March 5 2021.
One large farm buying fertilizer from the distributor represented by the owner's son-in-law is a great explanation as to why that particular farm doesn't buy from Verde, equally offset by the large farms owned by the Veloso family who I am am sure only buy from Verde and are happy to pay full price for their orders.
Based on the 2020 Audited financial statements, Verde had 98 officers and employees at December 31, 2020 and have added I believe 26 more during 2021, particularly in the sales and admin functions, although some in the extraction and processing area as tonnes sold has increased.
I hope this helps in your interesting analysis - I am happy to use my Verde database to address any other factual information you might need or find useful.
Cheers,
S.
