... gotta love the promises from the various levels of politicians, and I hope they whispered in the fine print that all the infrastructure additions, improvements, etc will require HARD CURRENCY $$$$, not dineros... ergo Gente, we need to build a gold mine...and Luis wants 2 mln oz/annum!
