The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. No actually throughout history it has been amazingly constant.  Always selling when someone is willing to buy.  Of course, kingdom and civil governments have always imposed conditions, for better or for worse, that have had a huge effect, even closing some markets at times.  But regulations do not change that fast.
 
What you are seeing as capriciousness is the public’s perception of the economy as interpreted by economists employed by Wall Street banks.   Public confidence and sentiment, surveys of manufacturers, etc. are giving a clear snapshot of now, but trends tell us where we are going. 
 
Ignore the noise (news), recognize the trend.
