two items from circular

two items from circular TUS entered into restructuring procedures in late 2020 ot address capitalization and a number of internal strategic issues and Biorem approached them to repurchase the shares to break the logjam of their majority ownership. A motivated seller probably means the company got a fair , if not cheap , price.
Secondly and perhaps more importantly , this is mentioned twice in the circular, " Biorem's management believes this will result in the shares of Biorem being more attactive to potential acquisition targets"  I read this as a foreshading of a future , but probably not immediate  acquisition.
One last thought for you , the purchase of shares from TUS will not affect liquidity at all as the soon to be cancelled shares never traded day to day.
