Patience required here

Patience required hereOne of the most illiquid stocks traded.
But in my estimation will be one of the most rewarding next year.
Price won't move till new FS and ES are submitted.  
Fairly confident permits will be granted by gov't.
Price may dip during tax loss season or if crash.
Insiders are buying and on any dip I will continue accumulating.
