Seismic data and interpretation is very sophisticated, and able to create very detailed images of the subsurface geology and geometry. However, to really be able to pinpoint oil accumulations requires a lot of well control and multiple iterations of: interpretation > test with well > recalibrate interpretation > test with another well and so on.
So you can get very precise information about things that are not known precisely yet.
I'm not bashing, just telling it like it is. It will take a long time and a lot of wells to know if there is any commercially viable oil.
